Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm.
