Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard dip

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Turn the potatoes over and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with honey mustard dip.
