- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil and thyme.
- Brush each mushroom with the mixture.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
