Baked Portobello …
Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, basil and thyme.
  4. Brush each mushroom with the mixture.
  5. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
