- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the mushrooms with olive oil. Place mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the mushrooms.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
