Ingredients
  • 4 large dill pickles, sliced lengthwise in half
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place pickle halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over each slice of pickle.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and fresh dill over the top of each pickle slice.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
