- 4 large dill pickles, sliced lengthwise in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pickle halves cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Spread mayonnaise over each slice of pickle.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and fresh dill over the top of each pickle slice.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
