Baked Ham
Ingredients
  • 1 (7- to 8-pound) bone-in fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan with a lid or aluminum foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, mustard and cloves.
  3. Spread the mixture over the top and sides of the ham.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until lightly browned.
