- 1 (7- to 8-pound) bone-in fully cooked ham
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan with a lid or aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, mustard and cloves.
- Spread the mixture over the top and sides of the ham.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until heated through.
- Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until lightly browned.
