- 2lbs green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Top with bacon pieces.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the green beans are tender.
- Serve warm.
