- 1 loaf of day-old French bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the bread into cubes and spread evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
