- 4 (6-ounce) white fish fillets, such as cod or halibut
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place fish fillets onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the fish with the olive oil mixture.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the fish and crimp to seal.
- Place into oven and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
