Baked Fish in Foi…
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) white fish fillets, such as cod or halibut
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place fish fillets onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the fish with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Fold the sides of the foil over the fish and crimp to seal.
  5. Place into oven and bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
