Baked Fish Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. white fish fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 soft taco shells or tortillas

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the fish fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush each side with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. To assemble tacos: Place a piece of fish in each taco shell or tortilla. Top with desired toppings such as shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, diced onions, cilantro and lime wedges.
  6. Serve immediately.
