Baked Fish Fillets
Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) fish fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season each side of the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the canola oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
  4. When the oil is hot, add the fish fillets and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.
