Ingredients
  • 2 large eggplants
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the eggplants into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place the slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the slices on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
