- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add flour and salt and whisk until combined.
- Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cut into desired number of pieces and serve warm.
