Baked Egg Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add flour and salt and whisk until combined.
  4. Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour egg mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Cut into desired number of pieces and serve warm.
