- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and salt.
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Brush each breast with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Serve hot.
