- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme and rosemary.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
