- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place brie round in a shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle honey over the top of the brie, and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
