- 1 wheel brie cheese
- 1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine apricots, almonds, honey, and cinnamon.
- Spread apricot mixture over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
