- 1 lb. dried navy beans
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Soak beans in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together molasses, brown sugar, ketchup, dry mustard and salt.
- Add beans to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer beans to a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover dish and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
