- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, bacon, 2 1/2 cups cheese and spinach.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter and garlic.
- Pour sauce over macaroni mixture and stir until evenly combined.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
