Baked Bacon Spina…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni noodles
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, bacon, 2 1/2 cups cheese and spinach.
  4. In a medium saucepan, whisk together flour and milk until smooth. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in butter and garlic.
  5. Pour sauce over macaroni mixture and stir until evenly combined.
  6. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese over top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
