- 1 lb asparagus spears, trimmed
- 4-6 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toss asparagus spears with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with half a slice of bacon, starting at the bottom and spiraling up.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
