- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 ounces bacon, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread bacon in the bottom of the prepared pie plate. Top with spinach and Swiss cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center is set.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
