Bacon Spinach Qui…
Ingredients
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread bacon in the bottom of the prepared pie plate. Top with spinach and Swiss cheese.
  4. Pour egg mixture over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until center is set.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
