- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of bacon
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Top with two slices of cheese and two slices of bacon.
- Top with remaining two slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.
