Bacon Cheeseburge…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the macaroni, soup and 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
