Bacon Cheddar Bee…
Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 ounces beer (any kind)
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  3. Add the beer and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the cheddar cheese and bacon.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
