BLT Wrap
Ingredients
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

Steps
  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Top with bacon, tomato slices, and lettuce.
  5. Roll up each wrap tightly and cut in half. Serve immediately.
