- 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut pork tenderloin into 1/4-inch slices.
- Brush BBQ sauce over both sides of each slice.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Toast buns in a toaster or on the stovetop.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the buns.
- Place pork slices on the bottom bun and top with tomato slices. Place the other bun on top and serve.
