- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, cumin, chili powder and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the ribs.
- Place the ribs in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 hours.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until ribs are tender.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and serve.
