- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 3 tablespoons bacon bits
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut potatoes into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Add the potato strips and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle bacon bits over top of fries.
- Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
