- 2-3 lbs baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika and black pepper.
- Brush the ribs with the mixture and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from oven and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
- Serve warm.
