- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1/4 cup of diced onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
- Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mash together with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
