- 1/2 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced into strips
- 1 sheet of nori seaweed
- Place the nori sheet on a sushi mat.
- Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly on top of the nori.
- Arrange the avocado strips in a line down the center of the roll.
- Roll up the sushi mat and press firmly to shape.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
