Avocado Hummus
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. In a food processor, blend the avocado, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and salt until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita chips or vegetables of your choice.
