- 2 avocados, pitted and mashed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mashed avocados, chopped eggs, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto two slices of bread.
- Top with lettuce leaves and remaining bread slices.
