Avocado Egg Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 avocados, peeled and diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocados, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard and garlic powder.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
