Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocados, tomatoes and basil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the avocado mixture and gently stir to combine.
  4. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately.
