Asparagus Gratin
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place asparagus in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture over the asparagus.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
