Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder and ground ginger.
  3. 3. Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. 4. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. 5. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. 7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
