- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder and ground ginger.
- 3. Cut the salmon fillets into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture.
- 4. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
- 5. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 7. Serve with your favorite toppings.
