Asian Dumpling So…
Ingredients
  • 1 package of dumplings
  • 1 quart of vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Steps
  1. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the dumplings and cook for 7-10 minutes, until cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
  4. Pour the peanut sauce into the soup and stir to combine.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
