- 2 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Put the arugula, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper in a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
