- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 3 cups thinly sliced apples
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate.
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon and flour. Mix until apples are evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into the crust, and dot with butter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until apples are soft.
- Cool before serving.
