Apple Tart
Ingredients
  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 3 cups thinly sliced apples
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place the pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, cinnamon and flour. Mix until apples are evenly coated.
  3. Pour mixture into the crust, and dot with butter.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until apples are soft.
  5. Cool before serving.
