In a medium bowl, combine the flour and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add the water, stirring with a fork until the dough forms a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 12-inch square. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, combine the apples, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Spread over the dough to within 1 inch of the edges.
Fold up the edges of the dough to enclose filling. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
