- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn and melted butter. Stir until all of the popcorn is evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Sprinkle over the popcorn and stir until evenly distributed.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the white sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
- Drizzle mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly distributed.
- Spread popcorn onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
