- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Bring the apple juice to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add the oats and stir until combined.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
- Stir in the apples, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- Serve warm.
