Apple Pie Crumble
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, diced
  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Add in the butter and use a pastry blender or two knives to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Place apples in an 8-inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
